Indian cryptocurrency exchange CoinSwitch announced on Thursday that it will take legal action against rival WazirX to recover about 9.60 million dollars in assets trapped since WazirX suffered a $230 million cyber attack in July, in which WazirX lost about 45 percent of its funds. CoinSwitch said it had "no choice" but to take legal action because its attempts to recover the funds, which represent about 2 per cent of its total assets, had been unsuccessful.
