The company said that it had received the "Administrative Penalty Notice in Advance" from the Securities Supervision Commission. The Securities Supervision Commission intends to order the company to make corrections, give a warning, and fine 8 million yuan. At the same time, the two supervisors directly responsible for the project were fined 1.50 million yuan each. CICC said in the announcement that the company sincerely accepts the punishment, takes the case as a mirror, and strengthens comprehensive rectification.
