On October 25th, after the first meeting of the Beijing Stock Exchange IPO Cologne New Materials was suspended for consideration on September 23rd, the Beijing Stock Exchange Listing Review Committee announced on October 25th that Shaanxi Cologne New Materials Technology joint stock company met the issuance conditions and was approved for the first time. The sponsor is Guoxin Securities, and the planned proceeds were raised to 210 million yuan. It is worth noting that Cologne New Materials is the first company in the IPO market to go to the second meeting this year.
