A16z founder comments on the birth of GOAT: the first real integration of artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency

On October 23rd, a16z founder Marc Andreessen talked about the origin of Truth Terminal and the creation process of Meme coin GOAT in a podcast. He described how the artificial intelligence robot started promoting GOAT meme and then created a Meme token for it, which quickly grew to a valuation of $500 million. Andreessen described this as the first real merger of artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency.
Earlier, Marc Andreessen wrote on the X platform: "This summer I offered a $50,000 no-strings-attached individual research grant to Terminal of Truths and its creators. The grant was designed to support independent artificial intelligence research with excellent results, but I have no relationship with Meme token GOAT, no financial interest, and do not own any of its tokens."
