Li Qiang Meets with US Treasury Secretary Yellen

On the morning of April 7th, Premier Li Qiang met with US Treasury Secretary Yellen at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Li Qiang pointed out that he hopes that the United States will work with China to adhere to the basic principles of fair competition and open cooperation in the market economy, and not politicize or securitize economic and trade issues. We should approach production capacity issues objectively and dialectically from a market perspective and a global perspective, starting from economic laws.
