Ministry of Commerce: Launch Unreliable Entity List Investigation on US PVH Group

On September 24, the Ministry of Commerce announced that the working mechanism for the list of unreliable entities, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Articles 2, 5 and 6 of the Provisions on the List of Unreliable Entities, and based on the suggestions and reports of relevant agencies, decided to initiate an investigation into the United States PVH Group's suspected violation of normal market trading principles, suspension of normal transactions with Chinese enterprises, other organizations or individuals, and discriminatory measures against Xinjiang-related products.
