The central air pressure was 965 hPa, and the maximum wind force near the center was 13. It moved northwest at a speed of 20-25 kilometers per hour, and its intensity was enhanced. It was most likely to land or pass through the Zhoushan Islands from midnight to tomorrow morning. At 12 o'clock on September 15th, according to the "Zhoushan Flood Control and Drought Prevention Taiwan Emergency Plan", the Zhoushan City Defense Index decided to upgrade the typhoon emergency response to level I.
