Recently, the China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association sent a notice to some private equity managers through the asset management business comprehensive submission platform (ie AMBERS system) to carry out special project verification for some overdue funds and questionable projects. According to the notice, the scope of application of this special project verification is as of the date of data collection. According to the information filled in by the AMBERS system, there are Private Offering Fund managers who have the following circumstances: First, those who hold and continue to operate, the maturity date is earlier than December 31, 2023, and they have not entered the liquidation or extension procedure, and the size of the relevant fund and the proportion of the overall size of the fund under the management of the manager is relatively large; Second, Private Offering Fund that holds investment projects in doubt, and the relevant projects are invested in principal scale and account for a relatively large proportion. The specific list of funds and projects is subject to the filling task of the Overdue Fund Monitoring Report or the Suspicious Project Monitoring Report pushed by the AMBERS system to the relevant Private Offering Fund managers. According to the requirements, within one month from the date of issuance of the notice, the relevant managers shall comprehensively investigate the risk situation of the funds or projects listed in the statement list, and truthfully fill in the above statement and upload the required attachments as required.
