MIIT issues "Interim Measures for the Administration of Sino-foreign SME Cooperation Zones"

On September 4th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently issued the Interim Measures for the Administration of Sino-foreign Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Cooperation Zones, which aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises in making good use of two markets and two resources and promote the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
