Gold Ten Futures, August 27th, according to foreign media reports, on Monday, the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) soybean futures closed modestly higher, of which the base period closed about 0.8% higher, because of the heat wave in the Midwest of the United States and tensions in the Middle East. Analysts said that the heat wave and lack of rainfall in large parts of the Midwest of the United States may damage the soybean crop in the key growth stage, and industry insiders are not sure whether the soybean yield will achieve record levels. The results of a field trip conducted by professional farmers last week by consulting services firm showed that U.S. soybean production will reach a record 4.74 billion bushels, higher than the 4.589 billion bushels predicted by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
