We will focus on energy conservation and carbon reduction, distinguish situations, provide guidance based on ownership and pressure, classify and support the best and eliminate the worst, promote the adjustment and optimization of the steel industry structure, and promote the high-quality development of the steel industry. In order to cooperate with the work of regulating production capacity and output, relevant departments will jointly carry out the national steel smelting enterprise equipment basic information survey.
