On August 17, in order to standardize the service behavior related to the public offering of stocks, improve the quality of listed companies, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors, the Ministry of Justice, together with the Ministry of Finance and the China Securities Supervision Commission, drafted the "Regulations of the State Council on Regulating the Provision of Services by Intermediaries for the Public Offering of Stocks by Companies (exposure draft) ". Securities companies engaged in sponsorship business or accounting firms performing audit business may charge service fees in stages according to the progress of the work, but whether or not to charge or how much to charge shall not be conditional on the results of audit work or the results of public offering of stocks.
