Lookonchain monitoring data shows that a whale received $1 million in ETH for $0.31 in the Ethereum ICO and deposited another 5,000 ETH ($13.2 million) into OKX 12 hours ago. Over the past month, the whale deposited 48,500 ETH ($154 million) into OKX at an average price of $3,176.
