31 provinces (regions, cities) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps have established data institutions

On April 2nd, the first national data work conference was held in Beijing from April 1st to 2nd. The reporter learned from the National Data Bureau that corresponding data institutions have been established in various regions. The relevant person in charge stated at the National Data Work Conference that the National Data Bureau was officially established in October last year, taking on the responsibility of coordinating digital development and data industry management. Reform has been promoted according to local conditions in various regions, and 31 provinces (regions, cities) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps have all completed institutional formation. Among them, 26 have independently established institutions and 6 have added signs. Beijing and 21 other regions have also included the construction of digital governments in their data work scope, with institutional functions extending to the production and collection of public data. Overall, a data work system with vertical linkage and horizontal collaboration has been basically formed.
