Reuters spot silver quotation suspected failure, up more than 30%

On July 31, according to the Reuters platform quotation, spot silver rose by more than 30% during the off-trade period, at $36.24/ounce. Other platforms had no abnormal movements and maintained the closing quotation of $28.37/ounce.
