On July 26th, the National Development and Reform Commission comprehensively promoted the normal issuance of infrastructure REITs. Since the pilot of infrastructure REITs, the system and rules have been continuously improved, the issuance scale has increased steadily, the asset types have been continuously enriched, the market performance has been generally stable, and the participation enthusiasm of all parties has been significantly improved. The important role of infrastructure REITs in promoting the innovation of investment and financing mechanisms, deepening the reform of capital markets, and serving the development of the real economy has become increasingly apparent. Good conditions are in place to promote the normal issuance of infrastructure REITs.
