On July 21, the "Decision" pointed out that < b > will formulate a private economy promotion law . Deeply break down market access barriers, promote the fair opening of infrastructure competitive fields to business entities, < b > improve the long-term mechanism for private enterprises to participate in the construction of major national projects. Support capable private enterprises to take the lead in undertaking major national technological research tasks , and further open the national major scientific research infrastructure to private enterprises. Improve the financing support policy system for private enterprises, and solve the problems of difficult and expensive financing. Improve the long-term supervision of enterprise-related charges and the legal and regulatory system for the settlement of outstanding enterprise accounts. Speed up the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system for the credit status of private enterprises, and improve the credit enhancement system for private small and medium-sized enterprises. Support and guide private enterprises to improve their governance structures and management systems, strengthen corporate compliance construction and integrity risk prevention and control. Strengthen interim and ex post supervision, and standardize administrative inspections of private enterprises involved.
