7月15日消息,韩国电子游戏巨头 Wemade 计划出售其区块链子公司 Lightscale 的股份,并辞去大股东的职务。 有解读称,本次出售股份是 Wemade 缩减区块链业务的举措。
截至今年 3 月底,Lightscale 的股份由新加坡公司 Lightscale Holdings 持有 100%。 Wemix 新加坡公司拥有 Lightscale Holdings 70% 的股份。 Wemix Singapore Corporation 是韩国 Wemade 公司 100% 股权投资创建的公司。
