ZKM plans to launch Bitcoin L2 solution GOAT Network in Q3

ZKM, an interoperability protocol, announced plans to launch GOAT Network, a Bitcoin L2 solution, later in the third quarter. According to a statement, ZKM said the solution will be the first decentralized Bitcoin L2 to share ownership of the network.
