According to Lookonchain, since June 19, the German government, the US government and Mt. Gox have transferred a total of 17,788 BTC (about $1.08 billion). Of these, the German government has been transferring BTC every day since July 1 and currently holds 396,210 BTC (about $22.78 billion). The US government holds 213,297 BTC (about $11.72 billion) and Mt. Gox holds 141,687 BTC (about $7.78 billion).
