Shenzhen multi-bank requires "mortgage loans can only be lent after the main body is capped", which will be implemented tomorrow

On July 4th, a number of commercial banks in Shenzhen have required that personal housing mortgage loans can only be lent after the main body is capped. A major banker told reporters that the relevant requirements have been made clear and will be implemented tomorrow. A relevant person from a Shenzhen real estate company also told reporters, "I just received a message from the bank that the mortgage loans of Shenzhen banks need to be capped before they can be implemented tomorrow."
