India's domestic sugar sales quota falls to 2.40 million tonnes in July

The quota will take effect from July 1, 2024. In June 2024, the domestic sugar sales quota in India is 2.55 million tons. Market experts said that after the quota announcement, the sugar price in the Indian domestic market may rise by 15-20 rupees/commons.
