According to Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart, there is no deadline for the Solana trust application filed with the SEC by asset manager VanEck, because this document is only an S-1 document at the moment. I haven't seen the 19b-4 document yet, and the 19b-4 document can give us an idea of the time of the deadline. If they file the 19b-4 document today, the deadline will be around mid-March 2025.
