Binance executives have filed lawsuits against Nigeria's National Security Advisor and Economic and Financial Crime Commission

Previously detained cryptocurrency executive Tigran Gambaryan has filed a lawsuit against Nigeria's National Security Advisor (NSA) and Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC), accusing him of violating his own rights and seeking five main remedies from the court. His lawyer argued on human rights grounds that the detention of his international passport violated the constitution and violated his personal freedom, and urged the court to return his passport and release him immediately after more than three weeks.
