Binance 联合创始人何一在 Binance 广场上发文表示：“2017 年是 ICO 时代，只要抢到份额就能赚钱。2021 年 defi 崛起，冲土狗套娃只要跑得快就能赚钱，买新不买旧也是这个时期的典型特征。但现在 IEO 在大部分国家合规普遍认为有法律风险，所以只能空投，市场定价，意味着如果流通量大，开盘价格低项目相对表现平稳，比如 BB 和 LISTA，但相较于 21 年，还是拉涨太快，缺乏充足的洗盘过程。
2024 年这波的上涨由 BTC ETF 启动，天王级项目和撸毛工作室合力制造了一波漂亮的数据，一边项目方可以从 VC 手里融到更多钱。而另外一边，手里有钱又有用户的项目方底气十足，链上有百万用户，某个平台上不上无所谓，多的是 CEX 要上，CEX 不上还有 DEX，再不济还有自己链上的原生 DEX。交易平台并不掌握定价权，所以对于估值很高的项目，用户需要看基本面，不能只看市值，最好再看看流通量。
