Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Exchange collaborates to build a Hong Kong integrated fund platform to enhance financial infrastructure services in the Greater Bay Area

On June 13, Shenzhen Securities Communication Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Co., Ltd. held a technical cooperation signing ceremony in Hong Kong to jointly participate in the construction of the Hong Kong Integrated Fund Platform. The two parties confirmed that Shenzhen Stock Connect will establish a financial data exchange platform in Hong Kong, which will serve as the foundation for the communication network hub of the Hong Kong Integrated Fund Platform, and provide compliance, efficient, safe and reliable, and unified fund market infrastructure services for the Financial Institution Group in Hong Kong. As the financial infrastructure of the Hong Kong fund market, the Hong Kong Integrated Fund Platform can connect different participants in the fund distribution ecosystem, and provide functions such as subscription and redemption, payment and settlement, and various optional agent services to facilitate transactions.
