On May 29, Circle, the issuer of the stablecoin USDC, announced the official launch in Brazil. This strategic expansion marks an opportunity to provide the market with a dollar-backed digital dollar and digital asset infrastructure. Circle is partnering with regional players such as BTG Pactual (Latin America's largest investment bank) and Nubank to launch digital asset products and give users near-instant, low-cost, 24/7 access to USDC.
