The article states that it is necessary to strengthen the contact and cooperation with the economies that are our country's main economic and trade partners, the economies that have the need to reduce dependence on other major currencies, and the economies that have the demand for currency diversification in international transaction valuation and settlement and foreign exchange reserves, actively and steadily, and take multiple measures to carry out digital RMB cross-border transfer settlement and international cooperation pilots, expand the coverage and application of digital RMB in regional economic trade, investment and financing cooperation, improve the inertia and stickiness of the use of digital RMB, study and analyze the reserve needs of trading partners for digital RMB, and better consider helping to promote digital RMB in the construction process of RMB cross-border transfer system and RMB cross-border receipt and payment information management system.
