Cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase has launched a DOGE sweepstakes promotion, with conflicting provisions on dispute resolution in the user agreement. Coinbase prefers to resolve financial disputes by arbitrators, while users prefer to have the court intervene. The two options are listed separately in the platform agreement.
