Binance executive Tigran Gambaryan collapsed during Nigeria money laundering trial

On May 24th, it was reported that on May 23rd, Tigran Gambaryan, a detained executive of Binance, fainted during the Nigerian money laundering trial. Tigran Gambaryan did not immediately step into the dock during the trial. He sat in the back row and walked to the dock with the help of his lawyer, but fainted on the way and had to sit in the front row. His lawyer informed the court of his client's deteriorating health and submitted a written application to inform the court of his condition.
Judge Nwite ruled that Gambaryan should be treated at a hospital recommended by his lawyer or another hospital designated by the prison authorities. The trial has been postponed to June 20 and 21 to allow Gambaryan to receive treatment.
