Chairperson of Taiwan's "Financial Management Council": Virtual Asset Industry is expected to establish an association by the end of June

Peng Jinlong, the new chairperson of the "Financial Regulatory Commission" in Taiwan, said that although there is no special law on virtual currencies, virtual asset operators are expected to establish an association by the end of June. The Financial Regulatory Commission will also guide the association to formulate self-regulatory norms. Before the special law is passed, the self-regulatory method will be used to pass the window. In addition, the Financial Regulatory Commission has cooperated with the Ministry of Digital, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Ministry of Justice to prevent fraud.
