According to relevant information, the company name of the virtual asset trading platform operator submitted by Huobi HK is "HBGL Hong Kong Limited", and the Chinese name is not applicable. Huobi HK first submitted an application for a virtual asset trading platform license to the Hong Kong Securities Supervision Commission on February 20, 2024, but it was withdrawn on February 23, 2024, and then submitted another application on February 26, 2024. This time, it was returned for the second time.
So far, the number of applicants for virtual asset trading platform licenses withdrawn and returned by the Hong Kong Securities Supervision Commission is 7, and the number of applications for virtual asset trading platforms has been reduced to 20.
