On May 11th, the Shenzhen Municipal Transportation Bureau issued a notice on adjusting the application conditions for the incremental index of new energy vehicles, revealing that "the social security restrictions on non-Shenzhen household registration personnel applying for the incremental index of new energy vehicles will be cancelled. Relax the conditions for individuals with only one car registered in Shenzhen to apply for the incremental index of hybrid electric vehicles". According to the current "Shenzhen Car Increment Regulation and Management Implementation Rules", this means that citizens only need to hold a residence permit to apply for the incremental index of new energy vehicles. Individuals who already have 1 Guangdong B license can also apply to buy another hybrid car.
