Helius CEO: Only 4 of Solana's top 20 staking validators use the latest network patches

On May 11, Mert Mumtaz, CEO of Solana ecosystem development platform Helius, posted on the X platform that among the top 20 staking validators, only four have been upgraded to the latest patch of the Solana network, version 1.17.33 (which helps solve congestion problems).
