112,000 PROMs withdrawn from Binance in the last 18 hours

According to Spot On Chain, 0x3a2, the wallet that sold PROM to Mr. Grachev, withdrew another 112,000 PROM (1.12 million USD) from Binance in the past 18 hours, worth approximately $9.95.
Previously, the wallet was used for:
• 52,900 PROM withdrawn from Binance for $4.86 (257,000 USD) in December 2023;
Sending tokens to wallet 0x3d1 sold 49,965 PROMs to Mr. Grachev in February 2024 for about $10 for 500,000 USDT, causing the price to spike by about 75%.
Previously, the wallet was used for:
• 52,900 PROM withdrawn from Binance for $4.86 (257,000 USD) in December 2023;
Sending tokens to wallet 0x3d1 sold 49,965 PROMs to Mr. Grachev in February 2024 for about $10 for 500,000 USDT, causing the price to spike by about 75%.
