Tiger Global's Web3 talent network Braintrust launches AI recruitment platform

On April 29th, Web3 talent network Braintrust launched AI recruitment platform AIR. It is reported that the platform can interview top candidates and ask questions based on customer requirements through a live conversation process. Finally, AIR creates a scorecard based on candidate performance and recommends the best candidates, and hiring managers can review the interview.
Previously, in 2021, Braintrust announced the completion of a $100 million financing round led by Coatue, with participation from Tiger Global, True Ventures, Blockchain Ventures and HashKey. Braintrust will use the funds from this round to expand its network and fund community projects through grants.
