胜利证券（股票代码：08540.HK）近日宣布与巡鹰集团达成战略合作，成功推出全球首个基于换电实体资产的RWA（Real World Asset）项目。该项目由巡鹰集团旗下巡鹰出行主导实施，胜利证券作为RWA产品管理人，标志着新能源领域资产证券化的重要突破。
