早期版本中的一个回归问题影响了共识引擎对主网区块构建的处理，因为它没有考虑到链配置中未定义MergeNetsplitBlock的情况。这一变化是在最近对信标共识引擎的更新中引入的，导致主网未被识别为运行于PoS机制下，从而破坏了区块创建和网络预期性能。开发者详细说明了该回归问题起源于一个名为TestingTTDBlock的测试方法的移除。该方法最初是在内部测试期间添加的，用于模拟Merge区块。移除此方法后，系统不再绕过对总难度的依赖，而之前这一机制允许引擎忽略正常的分叉顺序，并在伦敦分叉之前无意中启用了Merge。

建议运行1.15.1版本的用户立即升级到1.15.2版本，以避免错过区块创建机会并招致经济处罚。Geth v1.15.2现在提供了一个配置，能够正确识别主网为合并后状态，并恢复了必要的网络发现协议，从而恢复了预期的操作参数。
