Cboe filed a 19b-4 petition with the U.S. SEC seeking to allow physical creation and redemption of ARK's 21Shares Bitcoin ETF and 21Shares Core Ethereum ETF.
Note: When the Bitcoin Spot ETF and the Ethereum Spot ETF are passed, they are only allowed to be created or redeemed in cash, that is, the settlement of buying and selling in cash only.
