On January 9th, Cinda Real Estate announced that the company and China Cinda and Xinsheng Libao jointly initiated the establishment of a real estate industry stock asset rescue fund. The total size of the fund of funds subscribed 20.001 billion yuan, of which the company subscribed 10 billion yuan as a inferior limited partner, mainly investing in the real estate industry problem enterprise rescue, problem project revitalization, participating in bankruptcy reorganization, legal auction and other special opportunity investments, supporting project guarantee delivery and three major projects construction.
