CryptoRank data shows that among the top 15 blockchains for decentralized exchange (DEX) trading volume in 2024, Ethereum ($674 billion, up 46.3% YoY) and Solana ($626 billion, up 1049% YoY) are in the top two, followed by BNB Chain ($352 billion, up 178% YoY), Arbitrum ($252 billion, up 101% YoY) and Base ($222 billion, up 5.8% YoY). Blast is in sixth place at $133 billion, while Polygon ($49.80 billion, down 3.9% YoY) and Avalanche ($46.80 billion, up 105% YoY) are close behind. Sui ($41.20 billion, + 1,859% YoY) and Optimism ($33.80 billion, + 69.6% YoY) also performed strongly. Additionally, TRON ($20.20 billion, + 401% YoY), Mantle ($13.40 billion, + 918% YoY), Aptos ($11 billion, + 2,867% YoY), Osmosis ($11 billion, + 164% YoY) and TON ($9.40 billion, + 4,372% YoY).
