Trump asks U.S. Supreme Court to suspend enforcement of TikTok forced sale order

On December 18th local time, the US Supreme Court announced another discussion on the bill banning TikTok from operating in the United States. According to reports, the US Supreme Court will debate the case on January 10th, allowing the court to rule on the issue before the law takes effect on January 19th. The bill requires TikTok parent company ByteDance to divest TikTok, otherwise it will ban TikTok from operating in the United States. ByteDance made it clear that it will not sell TikTok business.
