The cargo throughput of the Yangtze River trunk port is expected to exceed 4 billion tons in 2024

On December 26th, the Yangtze River Navigation Administration of the Ministry of Transport released data on December 26th showing that in 2024, the cargo throughput of the Yangtze River trunk port is expected to 4.02 billion tons, an increase of 3.9% year-on-year. This is the first time that the annual port cargo throughput of the Yangtze River trunk line has exceeded the 4 billion ton mark, ranking first in the world's inland rivers again.
