Central Bank Note Swap (CBS) invited tenders announcement

On December 26th, in order to improve the market liquidity of bank perpetual bonds and support banks to issue perpetual bonds to replenish capital, on December 26th, 2024 (Thursday), the People's Bank of China will launch the twelfth central bank bill swap (CBS) operation in 2024. The current operation volume is 3.50 billion yuan, the term is 3 months, and the fixed rate number of invite tenders is 0.10% for primary dealers in the open market business. The first settlement date is December 26th, 2024, and the maturity date is March 26th, 2025 (postponed in case of holidays).
