Genius Group adopts a global "bitcoin first" strategy and plans to allocate more than 90% of its reserves to bitcoin

Genius Group, an artificial intelligence-driven education group, has announced that its board has adopted a global "bitcoin first" strategy to make bitcoin its primary reserve asset. The company's board has approved a commitment to commit 90% or more of its current and future reserves to bitcoin, with the goal of making an initial investment of $120 million via ATM to be held long-term as its primary treasury reserve asset, along with the launch of the Web3 Wealth Renaissance education series, and global bitcoin payments on the company's Edtech platform.
