Non-public distribution company bond projects to undertake negative list guidelines ushered in amendments to support corporate related mergers and acquisitions

On November 12, the Securities Association of China recently revised the Guidelines for Undertaking Negative List of Non-public Distribution Company Bond Projects in combination with the development of bond business and regulatory practices, and solicited industry opinions a few days ago. It is reported that the revision ideas include corresponding amendments in combination with relevant laws and regulations in the field of corporate bonds, departmental rules and other content, and based on the development of the bond market and changes in business risks, combined with regulatory policy guidance, to improve the adaptability and effectiveness of negative list management, and give full play to the forward-looking guidance and preventive normative role of self-discipline management.
