Securities Supervision Commission: attract more medium and long-term funds into capital markets

On November 9, Yan Bojin, chief risk officer and director of the issuance department of the Securities Supervision Commission, said at the 15th Caixin Summit on November 9 that the next step is to promote the implementation of some typical cases of mergers and acquisitions and better play the role of capital markets as the "main channel" in mergers and acquisitions and restructuring. Yan Bojin said that the Securities Supervision Commission will implement the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting Medium and Long-term Capital Entry into the Market" to create conditions to attract more medium and long-term funds to enter the capital markets; guide private venture capital funds to "invest early, invest small, invest long, and invest in hard technology" to further promote the formation of a virtuous circle of "fund-raising management and withdrawal".
