OSL Group acquires Japanese compliance cryptocurrency exchange CoinBest

Hong Kong-listed OSL Group Limited (863.HK) (together with its subsidiaries, OSL Group) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiaries have signed a share purchase agreement to acquire an 81.38% stake in CoinBest K.K. (CoinBest), a crypto asset trading services provider licensed by the Japanese Financial Services Agency (FSA). The acquisition will be made through OSL Investment (Japan) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of OSL Group Limited, and the acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of next year, subject to the satisfaction (or waiver) of the conditions precedent in the share purchase agreement.
