SingularityDAO votes on proposal to merge with Cogito Finance and SelfKey

SingularityDAO voted on its proposal to merge with Cogito Finance and SelfKey, which would form a new entity called Singularity Finance, an EVM Layer 2 for the tokenization of the artificial intelligence economy. In the proposed merger, Singularity Finance would create a leadership committee to oversee the operations of the newly merged financial ecosystem.
