Polkadot proposes to shorten the DOT unlock period, allowing it to be unlocked in as little as 2 days
On August 14th, the Polkadot network passed the RFC97 proposal, which aims to significantly shorten the unlocking period of DOT tokens. The proposal was approved by Fellowship after review and discussion, and its code or design has been merged into the main code repository.
